Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you submit a tune request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), vehicle VIN, vehicle platform/year, tuning device, calibration goals, and any notes you include about your setup. We also receive your form submission through our form processor (Formspree), which forwards it to our email.

2. How We Use It

• To build and deliver your custom calibration (the core purpose — your VIN and platform identify the correct vehicle software)
• To communicate with you about your order, revisions, and support (by email, phone, or text)
• To keep order records for support history, warranty-of-work purposes, and dispute/chargeback defense
• To improve our services and diagnose technical issues

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone
• We do not send marketing emails or add you to bulk mailing lists
• We do not share your VIN or vehicle information with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (e.g., our licensed tuning-software platforms)

4. Service Providers

Our request form is processed by Formspree (form delivery) and this site is hosted by Cloudflare (web hosting/CDN). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their function for our site. Their own privacy policies govern their handling of that data.

5. Retention

Order and vehicle records are kept while you remain a customer and for a reasonable period thereafter for support and record-keeping (including chargeback windows). You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time — see below — subject to any legal obligation to retain transaction records.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Access/Deletion: Email trwcalibrations@gmail.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We honor verified requests within 30 days.
• Correct: Tell us if any of your details are wrong and we will fix them.
• State rights: Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others), you may have additional statutory rights regarding your personal data. Nothing in this policy limits those rights where they apply.

7. Security

Data submitted through the form is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We store correspondence in our email systems and order files, protected by the security measures of those providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults who own or modify vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
