Custom Diesel Tunes
- All custom tuning files, calibrations, and digital products are non-refundable.
- Once work has begun, or a tune has been created, delivered, or emailed, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (VIN, platform, tuning device, current setup) before tuning begins. Files built from information you supplied that turns out to be incorrect are not refundable; we will make reasonable revisions to correct the file.
- We will make reasonable revisions at no charge to correct tuning-related issues caused by our calibration — that is the remedy we stand behind, and it is why every tune includes data-logging support and free revisions.
Before Work Begins
- If you change your mind before we have started calibration, contact us immediately at trwcalibrations@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the cancellation when work has not yet begun.
- Once calibration has started, the order is locked — no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
Customer Responsibility
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Buyer remorse or change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product, platform, or tune type
- Incorrect VIN or vehicle information provided by the customer
- Selecting a tuning device that is incompatible with your vehicle (device compatibility is listed at checkout; the form restricts invalid device/platform combinations)
- Vehicle modifications or mechanical issues not disclosed before tuning
- Mechanical failures unrelated to our calibrations (fuel system, turbo, transmission, sensors, wiring, battery/charging, hardware faults)
- Improper installation, flashing errors, or failure to follow provided instructions
- Failure to provide requested data logs or follow the troubleshooting/re-vision process
Wrong File Due to Our Error
If we delivered a file for the wrong vehicle or configuration due to our own error, we will correct it promptly at no cost. Correction of our mistakes is always honored — refunds remain at our discretion and only where required by applicable law.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact TRW Calibrations before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed using order records, communication history, digital delivery confirmations, VIN-locked file records, and other supporting documentation. Customers who file bad-faith chargebacks may be refused future business.
Acceptance
By submitting a tune request or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. Acceptance of this policy is a condition of every purchase made through TRW Calibrations.
